Strap Safe Security Rings act as a fail-safe by anchoring your shoulder or backpack strap webbing directly to the case’s built-in D-rings—so if the primary hardware ever gives out, your case won’t drop. In a typical setup, the strap webbing hooks onto the case via a swivel-style snap hook, which over time can fatigue at its base and fracture, allowing the case to detach and fall. By threading the webbing through our Security Rings as well, you create a secondary tether that catches the load if the snap hook breaks, keeping your case securely attached at all times.
